At the Mid of the nineteenth century, Nawab-deen established a little manufacturing unit in Sialkot. They had very good experience in the field of surgical instruments manufacturing. Nawab- deen was my grandfather. He was expert in making Gynecology and Urology Instruments. In 1985, our expert grandfather passed away.But his older son, Muhammad Rafiq, continued where he left it. At that time, we did not have a international market due to lack of technical education and financial problems. Muhammad Rafiq worked for Pakistani companies and various local manufacturing contracts. In 1990 Muhammad Rafiq's younger brother, Muhammad Munir, joined his older brother. Both brothers worked very hard and established a name, a brand in Pakistan. In 1993, Muhammad Rafiq's sons joined their father's business. Out of the five, only two were successful. Muhammad Asgher and Muhammad Aslam both brothers worked very hard to continue the family legacy. In 2004 Muhammad Rafiq also passed away. That time was very critical for both their sons. But Muhammad Asgher worked hard and worked smart and got a high and well respected reputation in our field.In 2010, the idea to grab the international market was introduced. But Mohammad Asghar thought to himself, that he did not have the communication skills for this endeavor. Muhammad Aslam hired his nephew and registered Surgica Instruments company in 2014. But he could not handle the workload so he left. At that time, Muhammad Munir's youngest son, Asad Ali was doing his bachelor's degree. Muhammad Aslam requested his uncle to let him join the office on part time basis. Uncle agreed and Asad joined the company in 2015. In a span of just 550 days, Asad Ali became experienced in the field and started working with the international community. In 2016, Asad Ali got his bachelor's degree and started working full-time.Nowadays, we are working with top brands in Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Norway, Sweden, England, USA, South Africa and with many other countries.
